NEET in Kerala: government college or deemed campus

Every MBBS seat a Kerala student is likely to discuss this cycle sits behind NEET. That fact hides the only comparison that changes a family budget: Government Medical College Thiruvananthapuram or Kozhikode on a state fee, versus a deemed campus whose annual figure is in a different order of magnitude.

The government colleges are hospitals first. Students who visit both and then visit a deemed campus are really comparing patient load, city and cost, not a logo. All-India and state quotas also move the effective rank. A national rank and a Kerala state rank are not interchangeable numbers.
